Outset of all, the trouble occurs on my laptop, not on an Xbox device. I have Microsoft Windows 8.1 Pro (64-bit) operating system installed on my laptop.

Then, I have no trouble with my Internet connectedness. The problem is merely that I cannot login to my Xbox account (linked to my Windows Live business relationship) on any Metro game of Microsoft Studios.

Switching to a local account, and then re-switching to my Microsoft (Windows Live) account couldn't solve the problem. The aforementioned connection error still appears.

I tried to close downwards my firewalls (both Windows and COMODO) and all alive protection functionalities of COMODO, but it is the same.

All Windows updates have been installed. All my games are already updated. All drivers are already updated. I've installed the latest updated bundle of DirectX.

I tried to first uninstall the games, then re-install them after re-downloading from the store, but this couldn't help.

I read you disabled the firewall simply its worth trying this anyhow. Open the charm search box and observe allow app through windows firewall. My all Metro-style Xbox game applications are already allowed completely according to that configuration list of Windows Firewall. Disabling my anti-virus protection didn't solve anything.

Maybe this issue would exist solved subsequently formatting my harddisk, then re-installing Windows. Just I don't want to do it just for these games.
