Don't find the plumping effect very noticeable but information technology's a nice gloss which doesn't wear off too quickly and isn't gummy. I really like dabbing a lilliputian chip over lipstick.

This production is a good gloss, its hydrating. You lot can layer it over and lip stick or other lip product, or of course employ information technology by its self. It's non very plumping though, which of form is what its advertised for. I love the estee Lauder packaging.
